WHOLE-HOME INTERIOR RENOVATION | WASHINGTON PARK, DENVER

Located in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood, the High St Renovation is a comprehensive 2,500-square-foot interior transformation. Working in lockstep with the design team at iso-AD, we executed a complete reconfiguration of the existing home, including a modern kitchen redesign, primary suite elevations, and new interior partitions. To ensure safety and maximize natural light in the living space, we installed a new basement egress window alongside high-performance replacement windows throughout the residence. This project demonstrates our commitment to the future of craftsmanship through precise structural modifications and technical utility updates, creating a seamless and functional retreat within the original footprint.

We replaced a failing, unusable structure with a custom-built, two-car detached garage and integrated home office in Park Hill. This project focused on architectural continuity, with exterior finishes meticulously selected to match the original residence’s character. By utilizing our vetted trade partners for the structural framing, and utility integration, we created a versatile, high-performance workspace that meets the specific zoning requirements of the City and County of Denver.
